Job Description: 

Are you innovative and passionate about current trends and creating digital marketing campaigns? AutoScheduler is looking to hire a Digital Marketing and Art Director to support the marketing team in effectively promoting our message across all channels.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for AutoScheduler, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content.
  • Work with writers, and other stakeholders to maintain AutoScheduler’s digital presence.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess performance and optimize user experience.
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.


Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

  • Create and manage content for AutoScheduler’s social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication.
  • Research, track, and analyze prospect and customer behaviors and trends, and implement findings into digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
  • Work with the Marketing VP to develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Stay current on the latest digital marketing trends, and implement them in AutoScheduler’s marketing campaigns.


Art:

  • Conceptualize and generate complete imagery to convey messages effectively across various media formats.
  • Design brochures, magazine assets, billboards, web pages, blogs and advertisements for a variety of media formats.
  • Generate drafts and mockups of proposed designs for review and make revisions as requested.
  • Review final work with leadership and key stakeholders and make final revisions or deliver the product to the client.
  • Create ads, manage copywriting, respond to customer inquiries, generate brand unity, and a clear company identity.
  • Develop marketing plans including a company website and brochure updates.
  • Produce original artwork for the website, client proposals, presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
  • Deliver Powerpoint presentations/information to sales and leadership for use with their clients or prospects.
  • Develop, protect, and maintain brand identity through careful management of logo usage, photo selection, typography, and messaging.
  • Develop QC processes to ensure quality prior to film/proof/plate release.
  • Execute design for sales collateral and presentations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends.
  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze marketing metrics, reports, and trends.
  • Ability to design, (shoot) or build company videos to include customer case studies, product solutions and corporate overviews.
  • Strong project management and managerial skills.
  • Hubspot experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends.
  • Experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software.
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research.
  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data.
