Job Title: Director of Marketing, this position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead and execute all marketing programs, including Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, Web and Event Management. The ideal candidate has a strong focus on customer engagement strategies from content and lead generation, to digital marketing and automation (HubSpot preferred), to event and media management and business development/sales enablement. This critical role provides thought leadership and awareness for the brand through targeted product positioning and messaging, while consistently working closely with sales leadership on sales nurturing strategies and funneling a direct channel of leads into pipeline opportunities.

This position will work with key departments throughout including product management, customer success and senior leadership, as well as customers and prospects. The key responsibility is to understand the buyers’ industry and problems and effectively align AutoScheduler positioning to demand, increased market share and customer retention.

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of software benefits and business use cases.
  • Work alongside Product Management to orchestrate launch plans and GTM activities, working with marketing communication and PR teams to execute launch plans.
  • Work with the Sales and Customer Success teams to articulate compelling product messaging across written and digital communication.
  • Work closely with Management to re-evaluate product/solution messaging and communicate product updates. 
  • Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of AutoScheduler solutions and develop sales tools to drive prospects through the sales cycle and retain and grow customer engagement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create buyer personas and map the customer journey.
  • Support demand generation through content creation, including presentations, video scripts, e-books, quick sheets, case studies, webinars, and events.
  • Co-manage competitive market intelligence and win/loss analysis to continually fine-tune sales/marketing alignment and strive to reduce sales cycle time.
     

    Desired Skills:

    • BA or higher in marketing, communications, or technology
    • 5 years marketing experience, preferably in the Supply Chain market
    • Pragmatic Marketing, CEB/Gartner or similar product marketing methodology experience
    • Demonstrated success in writing, launch, positioning and translating technical concepts into business-level information
    • Exceptional communication skills: written and oral
    • Self-starter, motivated, responsible and accountable
    • HubSpot, WordPress, SEO & Google Analytics, LinkedIn campaigns experience ideal
     

     Job Type:

    • Full-time Salary Exempt position.
    • Work from home / remote, must have access to stable and reliable internet connection.


    Shift Requirements:
    You can set your own hours. Monday thru Friday, as early as 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, or as late as 10:00 am – 6:30 pm.

    Salary:

    • $90,000 – $110,000 salary depending on qualifications and experience.
