We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of our advanced warehousing technology. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers experience seamless implementations—both remotely and onsite—while continually driving process improvements and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of software implementations, from initial planning and coordination through to deployment and post-launch support.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth and effective transition to our software solutions.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify and execute process improvements that enhance both internal operations and customer outcomes.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analysis to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints.

- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Warehousing Expertise: A minimum of 3–5 years of direct experience in warehousing operations is essential, with a proven record of driving change management and process improvement initiatives within a warehouse setting.
- Analytical Proficiency: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret data to drive critical decisions.
- Implementation Experience: Demonstrated success in managing complex software implementations, preferably within the warehousing sector.
- Proactive Leadership: A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, ready to lead operational improvements.
- Effective Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of clearly conveying technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

- Legal Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Job Type:
- Full-time Salary Exempt position.
- Work from home/remote. Must have access to a stable and reliable internet connection.
- This role requires frequent travel to client locations, typically around 50% of the time, with periods of increased travel up to 75%, depending on business and client needs. Applicants should be comfortable with extensive domestic travel and occasional overnight stays.

Salary Range:
The anticipated salary range for this role is $80,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.
Work Environment & Other Information:
Physical requirements include the ability to lift/carry up to 20-30 pounds occasionally, visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment.
