Job Description:
AutoScheduler.AI seeks a talented, dynamic and experienced Business Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and optimize business operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a strong background in business management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: AutoScheduler’s Operation department consists of Finance, Legal and Human Resources. You will assist the COO in planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily business operations.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and ensure targets are met.
- Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Promote a culture of teamwork and support across the business, ensuring all departments work together effectively to achieve common goals.
Finance:
Budget Management:
- Preparation and management of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial objectives.
- Conduct periodic reviews of budget performance and recommend adjustments as necessary.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Compliance:
Ensure all business operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Internal Financial Controls:
Develop and implement robust internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare, distribute, and interpret financial reports to provide insights into the company’s financial performance.
Legal:
Review, revise, draft, and negotiate major account agreements, consulting agreements, purchase orders, non-disclosure agreements, terms and conditions, and requests for quote/proposal with customers and vendors.
Human Resources:
Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Desired Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field. Or equivalent on the Job experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, Finance, HR or a related role, with a proven track record of success.

- Experience using QuickBooks online and HubSpot CRM.
- Solid understanding of common local, State and federal HR/employment-related laws and regulations, such as FMLA, FLSA, ADA, etc.
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with and communicate with a diverse user base.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $80,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.
