Job Title: Technical Product Manager

Job Description: 

AutoScheduler.AI seeks a talented Technical Product Manager to oversee feature requests, prioritization, marketing, and messaging of our SaaS platform. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the AutoScheduler platform. You will work closely with developers, serve as a liaison between business units, oversee multiple projects, and build and maintain client relations. Your role will define client outcomes at both strategic and executional levels and implement technology-enabled, disruptive strategies and solutions to drive growth for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AutoScheduler platform.
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to drive projects to completion.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, ensuring alignment and communication.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Define client outcomes at strategic and executional levels.
  • Implement technology-enabled, disruptive strategies and solutions to drive growth for customers.
  • Partner with sales leaders to create and own messaging, benefits, and communication of the AutoScheduler platform.
  • Evangelize the platform through thought leadership pieces, conference presentations, and video creation
 

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager or software product marketer.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience working in warehouse automation and logistics.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in optimization and/or machine learning; proven ability to leverage data in decision-making.
  • Experience working with software engineering teams in a hands-on capacity as a product manager, engineering manager, or similar role.
  • Demonstrated history of becoming an expert in an unfamiliar domain.
  • Intense curiosity for understanding the details of our business and how to continuously improve it.
  • Outstanding organizational and analytical skills and a proven ability to drive sophisticated projects with minimal oversight.
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with and communicate with a diverse user base.
