Position Overview:

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly dynamic and autonomous Senior Account Executive to join our team. This is a pivotal sales role, focused on new logo acquisition and closing new business reporting to the VP of Sales. The Senior Account Executive will drive the complex sales process required to sell AutoScheduler’s SaaS solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of warehousing operations, experience in selling Enterprise SaaS software, and familiarity with common sales frameworks like MEDDIC, Challenger, Spin and/ or others. An understanding of Enterprise sales cycles and proven ability to sell into F500 companies is important.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer needs, articulate the value proposition of our solutions, and drive complex sales cycles forward.
- Warehousing Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of warehousing operations to effectively uncover problems and, in turn, communicate the benefits and ROI of AutoScheduler’s solutions to potential customers.
- Sales Frameworks: Apply common sales frameworks like MEDDIC or similar methodologies to qualify opportunities, manage and iterate on your sales process, and ensure successful deal closure.
- New Logo Acquisition: Focus on acquiring new customers and closing new business to drive growth.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target accounts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in sales, with a focus on selling SaaS Enterprise software solutions.
- Extensive experience in warehousing operations and logistics.
- Demonstrated success in closing complex supply chain solutions with F500 companies
- Strong understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDIC or similar methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly dynamic and autonomous with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed. (Up to 50%)

Work Environment & Other Information:
Physical requirements include the ability to lift/carry up to 20-30 pounds occasionally, visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment. Subject to standing, sitting, walking, climbing, crawling, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting, balancing, repetitive motion, and squatting to perform the essential functions.
