  • Advertising and analytics platforms that report on the performance of our marketing campaigns.
  • Event organizers, partners, and referrers who share contact information with us when you express interest in our Services.

2. Why we process your information

We process personal information for the following purposes:

3. When and with whom we share information

We share personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers and processors, such as our hosting provider, customer relationship management platform (HubSpot), email and marketing infrastructure, analytics platforms, and other vendors that process information on our behalf under written agreements that limit how they may use the information.
  • Advertising partners, including platforms that deliver and measure cross-context behavioral advertising. This includes “sharing” personal information as defined under California law. See Cookies and Tracking Technologies for the specific platforms involved.
  • Lead enrichment and visitor identification providers that help us identify potential business customers. See Cookies and Tracking Technologies for details.
  • Affiliates, meaning any parent, subsidiary, joint venture partner, or company under common control with us, who agree to honor this Privacy Policy.
  • Business partners, with your knowledge, when we offer joint products, services, promotions, or events.
  • In a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business or assets.
  • Legal and safety reasons, including to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, enforce our terms, protect our rights and property, and protect the safety of our users or the public.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

We and our third-party service providers use cookies, web beacons, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies (collectively, “cookies“) on our website. We use cookies to operate the website, analyze how it is used, and deliver relevant marketing and advertising.

Cookie categories

  • Strictly necessary cookies are required for the website to function and cannot be disabled. These support core site functionality such as page navigation and security.
  • Functional cookies enable enhanced features such as form pre-fill and embedded content. We use HubSpot for these purposes.
  • Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website by collecting information about pages visited, time on site, user paths, and on-page interactions including session recordings. We use Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, and Hotjar for these purposes.
  • Advertising cookies are used to deliver relevant advertising, measure ad campaign performance across other websites and platforms, and identify visiting companies for sales outreach. This category includes “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, ZoomInfo, and Warmly for these purposes.

Managing your cookie preferences

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time using the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our website footer, which reopens our cookie preference center. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals from California residents as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information. When a GPC signal is detected, advertising and sharing categories are automatically declined. Because no industry standard for Do-Not-Track has been finalized, we do not currently respond to DNT signals.

5. Session recording and website analytics

Our website uses analytics and session recording tools, including Hotjar, that may capture how visitors interact with the site. These tools may record:

  • Pages viewed and time spent on each page
  • Scroll behavior and the parts of pages that received attention
  • Mouse movement, clicks, and taps
  • Form field interactions (we have configured these tools to mask the contents of form fields wherever possible, so values you type are not captured in playback)
  • General device and browser information

This information is used to understand how our website is being used so we can improve it. We do not use these recordings to identify individual visitors or to monitor specific people. Recordings are stored for a limited period and then deleted.

Your consent and how to decline. Session recording and analytics tools are categorized as Analytics cookies in our consent banner. They will not load until you have either accepted Analytics cookies through the consent banner or otherwise indicated consent. If you decline Analytics cookies, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, these tools will not record your session. You may change your choice at any time using the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our footer.

If you have any concerns about session recording on our website, please contact us at info@autoscheduler.ai.

6. How long we keep your information

When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it, or, if deletion is not feasible (for example, because it has been stored in backup archives), we will securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

7. How we protect your information

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect the security of personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission or storage system is 100% secure. Although we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You access the Services at your own risk.

We will use the information you provide solely to verify your identity and respond to your request.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written authorization signed by you, and we may verify your identity directly. We may deny requests from agents that do not provide proof of authorization.

Response timeline
