About AutoScheduler.AI

Warehouse Experts + AI Experts
One Company Built at the Convergence.

Most warehouse software is built by people who have never run a warehouse shift. Most AI is built by people who have never seen a dock. AutoScheduler is what happens when the two kinds of expertise are the same team.

Who We Are

Two kinds of expertise. One team.

Warehouse Experts

We've run the shift.

AutoScheduler was born inside Procter & Gamble's supply chain, built by people who spent their careers on distribution floors — not observing them.

  • Born at P&G — built to fix real sites, then proven across them
  • Operators on staff — people who have owned labor plans, dock schedules, and short ships
  • We speak warehouse — waves, appointments, attainment, FEFO, detention

AI Experts

We've built the models.

Six years of optimization algorithms and practical AI, trained on how warehouses actually behave — not generic AI pointed at a spreadsheet.

  • A semantic layer built across ~100 sites over six years
  • Optimization engines that re-solve labor, doors, and flow all shift long
  • Practical AI — applications and automations your team builds in plain language

The Warehouse AI Platform

AI that already knows how warehouses work. It layers on top of the WMS you already own, orchestrates every resource on the floor, and gives your team the power to build what the software gaps left behind.

Our Story

Born from a challenge at P&G.

AutoScheduler was born from a challenge at P&G: despite uniform technology and processes across their distribution sites, performance varied widely. The difference? Strong leadership and robust planning. To bridge this gap, AutoScheduler was built to deliver a unified, data-driven plan anyone could use to make quick, effective decisions.

It worked—catching fire across their network. In 2020, we turned that success into a SaaS business, helping warehouses everywhere optimize operations and performance.

2020

Launched as a company — from an internal P&G planning tool to the platform now running in Fortune 500 facilities across CPG, food & beverage, retail, and 3PL.

Words We Work By

How we operate.

01

Do What You Say You’re Going to Do

Trust is earned, and we build it by following through. When we say we’ll do something, we do it—no excuses, no exceptions.

02

Act with Relentless Responsibility

We own it. Whether it’s a win or a challenge, we step up, take responsibility, and figure it out. There’s no passing the buck here.

03

Think, Act, Communicate

Think it through, take action, and keep everyone in the loop. It’s that simple. Clear thinking, purposeful action, and open communication keep us moving forward together.

04

Operate with Urgency

We move fast, but we move smart. Time matters, and we don’t waste it. When something needs to get done, we roll up our sleeves and make it happen.

05

Make Two-Way Door Decisions

Not every decision is forever. If we can walk back through the door, we decide quickly and keep moving. It’s all about learning, adapting, and staying agile.

06

Look Around Corners, Manage for the Long Term

We don’t just focus on today; we’re always thinking ahead. By spotting challenges before they happen, we make choices that set us up for long-term success.

07

Win the Day

Every day is a chance to make progress. We focus on what’s in front of us, tackle the big and small wins, and end the day knowing we moved the needle.

08

Help Those Around You Succeed & Celebrate Their Success

When one of us wins, we all win. We lift each other up, cheer on successes, and celebrate the big (and small) victories. That’s how great teams work.
