Position Overview:
AutoScheduler.AI is seeking a data-savvy, results-driven Growth & Marketing Operations Manager to own the intersection of marketing analytics, lead generation strategy, and campaign execution. This role is critical in scaling our go-to-market efforts across new and existing audiences—ensuring we hit pipeline goals, optimize campaigns, and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Lead Generation
- Develop and manage multi-channel outbound and inbound marketing campaigns to drive high-quality leads.
- Build, monitor, and continuously optimize nurture flows, cold outreach sequences, and paid campaigns (LinkedIn, email, digital, etc.).
- Collaborate with the BDR team to ensure outreach, campaigns and sequences are aligned and achieving set KPIs/goals.
- Partner with sales and product teams to align messaging, campaigns, and offers for target personas.
- Work with the VP of Marketing to develop and allocate campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Align campaign messaging with company goals, ICP, and BD/sales strategies.
- Create campaigns that directly influence deal velocity and close rates from awareness (contact) to Closed Won.
Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Own HubSpot, ensuring campaigns are set up and tracked properly.
- Monitor campaign performance across all channels—analyzing KPIs such as conversion rates, CPL, pipeline influenced, email engagement, and web traffic.
- Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly dashboards and actionable recommendations to improve performance and budget allocation.
- Identify friction in the funnel and recommend optimizations across the buyer journey.
- Manage the integration and reporting between sales and marketing systems (e.g., HubSpot, Orum, Instantly.ai).
Systems & Enablement
- Maintain marketing tech stack and make recommendations for tools to increase team efficiency, as needed.
- Support A/B testing, personalization efforts, and growth experiments.
- Ensure data cleanliness, deduplication, and segmentation practices are in place to support precise targeting.
Skills:
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization software.
- Experience with outbound engagement tools such as Orum, Smartlead.ai, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on messaging clarity and audience alignment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B SaaS and/or supply chain/logistics industries.
- Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
Success Metrics:
- Lead Generation: Consistently increase the volume and quality of MQLs and SQLs through targeted campaigns and outreach.
- Funnel Conversion: Improve conversion rates across all funnel stages—from initial contact to opportunity creation.
- Pipeline & Revenue Impact: Drive measurable pipeline growth and contribute directly to closed-won revenue through marketing-led initiatives.
- Cross-Team Alignment: Deliver high-quality leads and seamless campaign support that earns positive feedback from business development and sales teams.
- Campaign Performance: Meet or exceed ROI benchmarks for all campaigns through data-driven optimization and execution.
- Marketing Visibility: Maintain accurate, full-funnel reporting across all marketing programs and channels.
- Optimization & Experimentation: Continuously test and refine channels, content, and segmentation to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
Ideal Candidate
- 3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand gen, or marketing operations.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Creative thinker with a performance-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving B2B SaaS environment.
Job Type:
- Full-time Salary Exempt position.
- Work from home / remote, must have access to stable and reliable internet connection.
Shift Requirements:
- You can set your own hours. Monday through Friday, as early as 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, or as late as 10:00 am – 6:30 pm.

Work Environment & Other Information:
Physical requirements include the ability to lift/carry up to 20-30 pounds occasionally, visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment. Subject to standing, sitting, walking, climbing, crawling, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting, balancing, repetitive motion, and squatting to perform the essential functions.
Salary Range:The anticipated salary range for this role is $85,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.
