Position Overview:
The Growth and Demand Generation Lead plays a critical role in driving pipeline growth by blending strategic demand generation with hands-on growth marketing. This hybrid position focuses on creating and executing high-impact campaigns, warming up cold leads, and optimizing lead handoff processes to ensure seamless collaboration between marketing, business development, and sales teams.
With a data-driven approach and a focus on innovation, this role ensures AutoScheduler.AI reaches the right audiences, delivers value, and converts prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Marketing
- Build and manage multi-channel outbound campaigns to engage and warm up cold leads, leveraging tools like Orum, Smartlead.ai, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Personalize outreach efforts using data-driven insights to connect with prospects across email, social media, and paid media platforms.
- Identify and experiment with innovative growth strategies, including A/B testing, dynamic content, and retargeting campaigns, to enhance engagement and further understand customer pain points.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop assets that support outreach efforts and drive engagement.
- Review the customer journey consistently in data and constantly tweak the existing funnel to maximize throughput & deal flow for optimization.
Demand Generation
- Design and execute demand generation strategies to attract, engage, and convert prospects through webinars, gated content, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
- Optimize lead capture mechanisms such as landing pages, forms, and CTAs to maximize conversions.
- Work with the VP of Marketing to develop and allocate campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Align campaign messaging with company goals, ICP, and BD/sales strategies.
Focus on Top-of-Funnel and Middle-of-Funnel Activities
- Generating awareness and demand among target businesses potentially utilizing tools such as ZoomInfo, etc.
- Creating campaigns that directly influence deal velocity and close rates from awareness (contact) to Closed Won.
Lead Nurturing and Conversion
- Develop and manage automated workflows and nurture campaigns to guide leads through the buyer’s journey.
- Partner with the BD team to ensure smooth lead handoffs by providing clear context, insights, and materials to support follow-up efforts.
- Monitor and refine lead scoring models to prioritize high-value opportunities and improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.
Collaboration & Alignment
- Work closely with the VP of Marketing to ensure all growth and demand generation efforts align with AutoScheduler.AI’s revenue and pipeline goals.
- Collaborate with the BD and sales teams to refine messaging, improve outreach tactics, and enhance lead quality.
- Partner with the content and design teams to create engaging materials, including case studies, whitepapers, email sequences, and webinar assets.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, such as lead volume, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Prepare detailed insights on campaign performance and pipeline contribution, offering actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Use advanced analytics to identify trends, optimize performance, and refine future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a related role in B2B marketing.
- Proven success in developing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization software.
- Experience with outbound engagement tools such as Orum, Smartlead.ai, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on messaging clarity and audience alignment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B SaaS or supply chain/logistics industries.
- Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
Success Metrics:
- Lead Generation: Increase volume and quality of MQLs and SQLs.
- Conversion Rates: Achieve higher conversion rates across all stages of the funnel (Contact → MQL → SQL → Opportunity).
- Revenue Impact: Contribute to measurable pipeline and revenue growth through well-executed campaigns.
- Team Alignment: Ensure seamless collaboration and positive feedback from the BD and sales teams on lead quality and campaign support.

Job Type:
- Full-time Salary Exempt position.
- Work from home / remote, must have access to stable and reliable internet connection.
Shift Requirements:
- You can set your own hours. Monday through Friday, as early as 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, or as late as 10:00 am – 6:30 pm.

Work Environment & Other Information:
Physical requirements include the ability to lift/carry up to 20-30 pounds occasionally, visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment. Subject to standing, sitting, walking, climbing, crawling, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting, balancing, repetitive motion, and squatting to perform the essential functions.
Salary Range:
The anticipated salary range for this role is $85,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.
