Job Title: Account Development Manager

Job Description: 

AutoScheduler.AI seeks a sharp and dynamic Account Development Director to engage with customers during top of funnel activities & identify where AutoScheduler might drive value in their business. This crucial role involves managing the go to market posture of our warehousing software, identifying areas for improvement in customer operations, and driving overall sales objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-paced, agile setting, and has a knack for making things work seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with sales leaders on targeting, researching, and gaining traction in new organizations
  • Discern which customers are optimal fits for AutoScheduler’s solution 
  • Work with marketing on new go-to-market campaigns to promote AutoScheduler awareness & messaging
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning operations with strategic goals and customer needs

Desired Skills:

The successful candidate is highly organized, excellent at communicating, and is adept at operating in a remote-first environment. They possess an in-depth understanding of warehousing software and are skilled at identifying efficiency in warehouse operations. The term “sharp” best describes their quick-thinking and problem-solving ability, essential to our fast-paced environment.

  • BA or higher 
  • 3-5 years of experience in the industry, preferably involved in supply chain and warehousing
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, responsible, and accountable
  • Experience in driving operational efficiency and process improvement
  • Comfortable with travel to visit clients

 Job Type:

  • Full-time Salary Exempt position.
  • Work from home / remote, must have access to stable and reliable internet connection.
