We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Director of Sales to make an impact on our aggressive 2024 goals.  

Job Title: Director of Sales, this position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Job Type:

  • Full-time Salary Exempt position.
  • Work from home / remote, must have access to stable and reliable internet connection.


Shift Requirements:
You can set your own hours. Monday thru Friday, as early as 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, or as late as 10:00 am – 6:30 pm.

Salary:

  • $100,000 to $125,000 base salary depending on qualifications and experience.
  • In this sales role, the potential earnings through commissions or On Target Earnings (OTE) match or exceed the base salary.

Job Description:

As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of AutoScheduler.AI. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that expand the company’s customer base, increase revenue, and strengthen its market presence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team to define and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and market trends.
  • Revenue Generation: Self driven to achieve and exceed revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities, forging key client relationships, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, evaluate competition, and stay informed about industry trends, ensuring the company’s offerings remain competitive and relevant.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with customer needs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, customer success teams and leadership to ensure a unified approach to customer acquisition and retention.
  • Performance Tracking: Effectively use HubSpot to manage and track your personal sales Opportunities, Contacts, Tasks, Pipeline and Reporting to monitor your individual performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts that contribute to budget planning, helping the company make informed decisions regarding resource allocation and growth strategies.
  • Customer Insights: Act as a customer advocate, providing valuable feedback to internal teams about customer needs, pain points, and suggestions for product enhancements.


Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events.


Work Environment & Other Information:

Physical requirements include the ability to lift/carry up to 20-30 pounds occasionally, visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment. Subject to standing, sitting, walking, climbing, crawling, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting, balancing, repetitive motion, and squatting to perform the essential functions.
