AutoScheduler.AI seeks a sharp and dynamic Customer Success Industrial Engineer to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our customer engagements. This crucial role involves managing the delivery of our warehousing software, identifying areas for improvement in warehouse productivity, and driving projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-paced, agile setting, and has a knack for making things work seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the remote & onsite delivery of our warehousing software to clients
  • Discern between productive and non-productive warehouses, recommending improvements as needed
  • Effectively manage and execute projects, ensuring smooth operations in a primarily remote environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning operations with strategic goals and customer needs

The successful candidate is highly organized, excellent at change management, and is adept at operating in a remote-first environment. They possess an in-depth understanding of warehousing software and are skilled at identifying efficiency in warehouse operations.   • BA or higher in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related Engineering degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in the industry, preferably involved in warehousing & change management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, responsible, and accountable
  • Experience in driving operational efficiency and process improvement
  • Comfortable with travel to visit clients

 Job Type:

  • Full-time Salary Exempt position.
  • Work from home / remote, must have access to stable and reliable internet connection.
 

Salary:

  • $85K – $135K
