Tom Moore is a 35-year supply chain industry veteran with a background in operations research. He created a niche focused on bringing more advanced mathematics to the supply chain space. During his career, Tom has developed advanced load-building technology (Transportation | Warehouse Optimization—www.t-wo.com), advanced distribution and planning technology (ProvisionAI www.ProvisionAi.com), and most recently, warehouse and distribution center orchestration technologies (AutoScheduler.ai). He has contributed significantly to the operations of most major consumer goods companies worldwide.
In 2020, Tom had the innovative idea of taking a developed and battle-tested technology at Procter & Gamble and spinning it into a new organization, AutoScheduler.AI. In doing this, Tom built a team of some of the most successful supply chain and machine learning professionals across multiple industries. This talented team, guided by Tom’s leadership, is focused on creating the warehouse of the future with their customers in consumer goods – bringing predictive and prescriptive orchestration to all operational activities to streamline operations and save money. Since this spin-off and launch in August 2020, AutoScheduler.AI has expanded its presence in P&G and other “top 10” CPG organizations.
Keith Moore is the Chief Executive Officer for AutoScheduler.AI, and is focused on bringing the future of technology into warehousing. He works with top 10 Consumer Goods, Beverage, and Distribution companies to drive efficiency in distribution centers.
Prior to launching AutoScheduler.AI, Keith was voted by Hart Energy Magazine as an Energy Innovator of the Year in 2020, was selected as a Pi Kappa Phi 30 under 30 member, and holds multiple patents in the fields of neural architecture search and supply chain planning. Keith has been published by journals and groups like SupplyChainBrain, Inbound Logistics, ISSA and OTC for his work in logistics, cyber security, and predictive maintenance applications.
Keith attended the University of Tennessee, where he received a bachelor of science in Mechanical Engineering. He was bad at mechanical engineering, and proceeded immediately to a life in software.
Randy joins AutoScheduler and brings over 35 years of operational leadership experience in the high-tech industry.
As COO, he works with the AutoScheduler.AI leadership team on all strategic and tactical tasks. Before AutoScheduler.AI, Randy sold ClearCube Technology, Inc. where he was the Owner and Executive Chairman. Before ClearCube Technology, he was the COO of SparkCognition. While at SparkCognition, Randy raised over $55M and was the driving factor for this company’s growth. Prior work experience includes executive leadership positions at Sanmina SCI, Adaptec, Raytheon, and Dell Computer Company.
Randy has a BSEE from the University of Arizona and an MBA.
Randy has been awarded 14 US patents and has over ten pending patent applications.
Dr. Andrew Gibson spent 25 years with Nestle as an operational leader in warehousing and transportation and as a data-science leader focused on driving improvements in the supply chain, warehousing, transportation, and sales. As a consultant, he has worked with CPGs, retailers, and software companies to develop smarter, data-science-supported tools to generate clearer insights and enable better decisions across the enterprise.
He has taught data science, data visualization, and supply chain analytics in an academic setting and for executive education.
He graduated from the University of Manchester with a BSc in Mathematics and Management Science. He received an MBA from the London Business School at the University of London. He received a Doctor of Philosophy – Ph.D., Industrial Engineering, at the University of Arkansas.
Jeff joins AutoScheduler with over thirty years of experience within the supply chain industry and proven success in business development and sales leadership.
Jeff was one of the founders of LeanLogistics. LeanLogistics was the first true SaaS transportation management system in the industry. He served as a corporate officer and Board Member until LeanLogistics was sold to Brambles Limited in 2008. In 2016 Brambles Ltd. was acquired by Kewill Systems and rebranded as BluJay Solutions. There, Jeff served as Vice-President of Client Services. In 2021, BluJay was acquired by E2open, where Jeff served as Vice President of Strategic Accounts. He is currently a member of the Supply Chain Management Advisory Board at Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.
Jeff is a graduate from Michigan State University with a BA Degree in Material & Logistics Management. He received Merchant Mariner Credentials for the U.S. Coast Guard and has Transportation Workers Identification Credentials with the Transportation Security Administration. Jeff received a patent in 2000 for Methods and apparatus for connecting shippers and carriers in the third-party logistics environment via the Internet.
Ian Johnston joins AutoScheduler.AI with over a decade of experience in supply chain operations, logistics management, and strategic leadership.
Before joining AutoScheduler.AI, Ian served as Director of Supply Chain at Amazon, overseeing North America’s largest heavy bulky logistics network, which included managing demand forecasting, capacity management, and product development for the U.S. and Canada. Ian’s leadership contributed to significant advancements in operational efficiency, including the development of several novel planning products that enhanced forecast accuracy and capacity flexibility, reducing Amazon’s cost to serve and improving delivery speeds. Prior to Amazon, Ian served as a Marine Infantry Officer, where he led combat operations in Afghanistan and deterrence operations in Southeast Asia. He later served at the White House, supporting two administrations and several high-profile events.
Ian holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, a BA in Political Science with a minor in Spanish from The Citadel, and is actively pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate at the University of San Diego. He is dedicated to driving value for clients through innovative logistics solutions and aligning AutoScheduler’s capabilities with customer needs.
John Kelly joins AutoScheduler with over a decade of experience in supply chain sales. John has excelled as both an individual contributor and a sales leader, successfully scaling enterprise-focused sales organizations at multiple companies.
Before joining AutoScheduler, John worked in various sales roles across several different supply chain technology companies including: Kargo (computer vision inventory validation,) Flexe (on-demand warehousing,) LLamasoft (supply chain design) and LeanLogistics (TMS.)
When not working, John enjoys spending quality time with his wife, and two daughters. An avid golfer, he is still seeking the elusive hole-in-one. A graduate of Grand Valley State University, John works closely with several West Michigan charities in his free time.
Lisa Pooley is a senior-level marketing executive bringing extensive experience in marketing strategy, demand generation, and public relations to AutoScheduler.AI as Vice President of Marketing.
Before joining AutoScheduler.AI, her roles included Director of Marketing at several tech organizations, including Netlogistik and LookingGlass Cyber Solutions, along with other organizations where she drove significant increases in leads and brand awareness.
Lisa holds a BA in Telecommunications from Michigan State University. She is active in the American Marketing Association and is engaged with various local community groups.
