Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly dynamic and autonomous Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a pivotal sales role, focused on obtaining meetings with prospective customers within our ICP (F1000.) This role gives high achievers the ability to interact with some of the largest and most complex companies in the world, oftentimes at the C-suite or VP level. This role demands a strong work ethic, attention to detail, organization, and ability to adapt and learn continuously.
Responsibilities
- Work with Account Executives and commercial leadership to drive outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn messaging and articulating our value proposition to decision-makers.
- Leverage prospecting tools to research companies and identify key decision-makers at new accounts.
- Craft targeted outreach strategies and collaborate with the sales team to source prospective clients.
- Book meetings with prospective customers within a defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client success preferred, but not required.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to quickly establish rapport.
- Passion for helping customers solve complex logistics challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a competitive growth mindset who thrives in a team-oriented culture.
- Interest in AI, automation, and supply chain optimization.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business-related field preferred.

Work Environment & Other Information:
Physical requirements include the ability to lift/carry up to 20-30 pounds occasionally, visual
acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to
operate a computer and office equipment. Subject to standing, sitting, walking, climbing,
crawling, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting, balancing,
repetitive motion, and squatting to perform the essential functions.
